ITM Building Business Subscription Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions for your subscription to Building Business carefully. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, you should not subscribe.

Subscription
Subscription to Building Business is free.

If you do not wish to receive information about ITM's products and services, you should not subscribe to Building Business.

Only individuals may subscribe to Building Business. Any individual who subscribes agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions, as varied from time to time.

You can subscribe to Building Business either on-line (www.itm.co.nz) or pick up an application form from any of our participating ITM stores.

ITM reserves the right to refuse any subscription to Building Business without giving any reason.

You can update your contact details directly via our website (www.itm.co.nz) or by contacting the webmaster by e-mail at buildingbusiness@itm.co.nz

Cancellation
A subscriber may at any time end his or her subscription by giving written notice to the ITM Support Office or unsubscribing from Building Business online at www.itm.co.nz (via the Building Business section).

ITM may remove a subscriber to Building Business at any time without notice.

In addition, ITM may at any time suspend or terminate Building Business without prior notice. ITM may provide notice of any cancellation of Building Business on our website.

Personal Information
Under the Privacy Act 1993 we advise that:

The subscription to Building Business, both on-line and in-store, collects personal information about you including your name, address, telephone numbers and lifestyle information. Information will be collected by ITM and held at ITM's Support Office in Auckland.

The intended recipients of the information are ITM and Transacting Shareholders of ITM (each an "ITM Store"). Your information may be held and used by us for a number of purposes connected with ITM's business operations and functions including:

• processing your subscription
• helping us to provide you with our products and services
• improving our service
• carrying out market and product analysis and marketing our products generally
• contacting you (including by post, email, fax, text messages or telephone) about ITM's products and services which we think may be of interest to you.

Each subscriber consents to the collection and use of their personal and other information in the manner set out above and the disclosure of such information to ITM Stores and selected service providers for the purposes of operating the Building Business programme and to provide information about ITM's products and services.

Information about Building Business Subscribers will not be provided by ITM to any person except as provided in this section.

You have the right to access, correct or update your details at any time. If you wish to update your details you may do so on-line at www.itm.co.nz (click on the Building Business link) or in writing to ITM's Support Office. Details cannot be updated at ITM Stores.

General
We may change, add to, delete or replace these terms and conditions from time to time. The current terms and conditions are set out on our website. A printed copy of the current terms and conditions may be requested from the ITM Support Office.
